We provide a full academic program that builds foundations in reading, writing, mathematics, science, social studies, and religion. Our Curriculum at every stage of learning addresses essential questions. We are setting the bar for our students' learning experiences as they encounter an increasingly complex, and information filled, local and global community.
Our small class sizes mean that every student receives individual attention that he/she needs to succeed in school. Additionally, we offer extra support for reading and math through Title I support services for students who qualify. We support students with IEPs and 504 plans with individual service plans and make additional resources available through CPS affiliates including LBS1 teachers through Catapult Learning and speech therapy through Communication Clubhouse.

"We love the St. Edward community! The school seamlessly blends strong academics with a wide variety of extracurricular activities - theatre, music, art, athletics - and integrates all of this into a welcoming environment of parents and families. We take comfort in the Catholic values that our children learn as a core part of the curriculum, along with the school's hospitable approach to students from different faith traditions. In the best of ways, the St. Edward's School community has the feel of a small town within the NW side of Chicago, and we're very thankful to be part of it."
