• Hours of operation

  Before care - 7:00-7:50 AM all days when school is in session (except for any late start days)
  Aftercare - 3:00-6:00 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays; 2:00-6:00 on Wednesdays on all full days of school
  
  Creative Corner operates from the school cafeteria, which is located in the basement of the main school building. Students in PK and Kindergarten will be walked to classrooms for the start of the school day and will be walked to the school cafeteria for aftercare. Pick-up/drop-off for Creative Corner is at the southwest door of the school (Door B). We ask all parents and individuals who are picking up from extended care to show identification for the safety of our students and staff.
  
  Our daily after-school schedule includes attendance, snack time, and homework and playtime.  Creative Corner provides each child with a pre-packaged nut-free snack. Students should have individual, reusable water bottles. If your student has a food allergy or is a picky eater, please consider sending a gallon-sized zip-lock bag of snacks labeled with your child’s name for your child to eat during snack time.
  
  Registration and Scheduling
  Prior to the first day of attendance, each family utilizing before and/or after care must have a Creative Corner registration form completed as well as the school emergency form on file in the school office. Each individual who comes to pick up a child will be asked to present identification for safety purposes especially at the beginning of the school year while our staff is learning names and faces.
  
  Students must be scheduled to attend before and after care by 3:00 PM the day before through the online scheduling system.  Any day of changes to attendance must be called into the school office, so that all staff members and students can be notified. Families will be invoiced through FACTS.
  Yearly Registration fee:

  • $20 for one child
  • $30 for a family of 2 children
  • $40 for a family of 3 children
  • $50 for a family of 4 or more children
  
  Creative Corner Rates:
  • $8.00/hour for one child
  • $13.00/hour for two children
  • $16.00/hour for three or more children
  • Before Care: $4.00 per child per day
  • $1.00/minute will be charged for each child every minute after 6:00 PM. 
  • Our Creative Corner staff loves having your children participate in the program; many of our staff have their own children, families, and obligations as well.  If families arrive after 6:00 PM for pick-up, then our staff is also late to their other obligations.
  
  Students Responsibilities
  • Abide by our BIG RED behavior expectations and school-wide rules while in attendance at extended care including the electronic use policy
  • Keep cell phones turned off and in a backpack while at extended care.  
  **Students may not sign themselves out and leave the school without a parent or guardian.If students are leaving after care for a sports practice or other school event, a parent or adult listed on the emergency form must sign them out.**
  
  Parents/Guardian Responsibilities
  • Provide emergency contact information to the school office
  • Sign-out students daily with the pick-up time and a signature
  • Provide identification for safety purposes if asked
  • Contact the school office if you need to add an individual to your pick up list
  
  Billing
  • You will be charged from the time your child arrives at after care until the time that he/she is signed out. All billing will be charged by the hour with no incremental billing.
  • Both the registration fee and the weekly billing will be invoiced through your family’s FACTS account.  Please do not send your child to school with cash or checks to pay for extended care.
